From the Workshop to the Stage...
Music has been my life’s work. As a professional musician, I’ve been signed to three major record labels, earned a Gold Album with Chango, performed as a session guitarist, and written and recorded my own original music.
Many of the guitars you’ll hear on my recordings are instruments I’ve personally designed and built. For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting guitars that deliver the feel, tone, and responsiveness I demand as a working musician. Every instrument is built with patience, precision, and genuine passion because I build each one as if it were for my own hands.
Today, I’m focused on building my reputation as a boutique guitar builder. That’s why you’re able to own one of my handcrafted guitars for far less than its true value. We ship orders as quickly as we can. Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare and inspect your guitar before it ships. Most orders ship within 3 to 4 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided 1 to 2 days after your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please email us at guitars@jacobsguitars.com.
We offer a full money-back guarantee on all guitars. If your instrument arrives defective or damaged, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned guitar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Please include your name and order number with the return. If the package is already on the way to you, you must wait for it to arrive before shipping it back.
You may cancel your order at any time with no penalty, as long as it has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can return it using our standard return process for a full refund.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and let us know the correct details. We can update the address within 24 hours of the original order. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible and no refund will be issued for address-related issues.
